I am so tired

It's nearly 4am and I've 3 hours to go on my double shift. I am too old to be working 16 hours. *g* Why was I silly enough to volunteer? Because I couldn't leave the ward short of a nurse. We needed someone who could work in the HDU. Luckily I've got enough to keep me busy. Plus these 2nd 8 hours are double pay. That's going to look good next week. It also means that I don't have to work tomorrow (well, technically today) It has made it a difficult week. Finished nights on Tuesday, had Wednesday off, worked Thursday afternoon/night, sleep day tomorrow then back at work Saturday afternoon. *groan*If I wasn't so tired I'd be glad of the opportunity to write. If I tried to write now I wouldn't make any sense.
